What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Continental United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How do I return a product?

For orders up to $1,000if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For orders valued between $1,000 and $3,000, returns within 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee along with return shipping costs. Regrettably, we do not accept returns for orders exceeding $3,000. To reduce our environmental impact, we custom fabricate tiles for each order instead of maintaining excess inventory. As a result, returns for large orders are limited.

Damages and Issues
Please examine your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly for resolution. We appreciate your cooperation in addressing any issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Exchanges
For a speedy exchange, initiate a return for your current item. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one. Enjoy a seamless process tailored to your needs.

Refunds
Upon receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please be mindful that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. Your patience during this period is greatly appreciated.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
